Refund policy

Returns and Refunds:

If you request a refund before order being shipped a Processing fee will be deducted and a partial refund will be issued. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for only a partial refund or exchange (a re-stocking fee will be charged).The product must be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition as it was received. All Computers (PC) sold can only be returned if damaged in shipment. Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
